If your company has a good customer retention, the customers trust you and often buy their stuff at your company.

Customer loyalty programm.
The goal of a customer loyalty programm is to get more customer retention. The programm is often based on giving products or services to reduced prices. Sometimes there is also some point system, which motivates customer to buy more at your company.

If you sit together and discuss the common plan and the next steps.

If you don't care about people, the nature or other circumstances, you're doing a ruthless business.

Some jobs in a company are greatly desired, everyone wants this jobs. These are coveted positions.

If you are in a stressful time you can take a breather to start again after that.

If you extremelly want something and can't control this desire anymore. You must have it as quickly as possible.
We had a mad dash around town in search of a present for Dad.

Something is fully packed with a lot of stuff.

If you go to the decision maker and please him or her to decide the way you want.

If you carefully think about something that doesn't happen at the moment but will come in the (near) future.

Something must happen as soon as possible.

Something is necessary in your view to do something.
Fairplay is taken for granted to play football.
To corner a market.
If you corner a market, you can manipulate it.
