No permanent LS-P in Switzerland
Federal Council can declare such temporary areas

What is LS-R?
Restricted area
An airspace of defined dimensions, above the land areas or territorial waters of a State, within which the flight of aircraft is restricted in accordance with certain specified conditions.
Where do we find LS-Rs in Switzerland? What is the restriction in such areas?
examples: LS-R6 Axalp, LS-R4 Forel, LS-R8 Dammastock
- military VFR AND civil CFR are NOT allowed to penetrate (except HEMS)
- if MIL and/or CIV IFR traffic are involved: apply IFR-separation minima according "Weisung für die Flugsicherung 04/2002", ATMM-CH and/or blue pages

Yes, ADDC has to expect the area to be clear of any civil traffic after 15 minutes of the call
LoA SAF-Skyguide: What if a pilot has to leave civil ATS routes system due to adverse weather? (3)
- ACC ATCO has to inform ADDC if the new routing will penetrate active military airspace
- ADDC ATCO is NOT allowed to refuse such action
- if safety of traffic inside TRA can not be maintained, exercise will be terminated (CAD decided what to do next)
