Giving outgroup
Giver が Receiver に Thing を あげる。
Use さしあげる When receiver has higher status （Humble）

Vte あげます = doing sb. the favor of doing Vte -> demanding and expecting gratitude
Vte もらいます = receiving the favor of sb doing Vte --> shows appreciasion
Vte くれます
If you want to show appreciation dont say "he helped" say "Vte moraimashita"
Dont really use Vte さしあげる
Ask sb to do something for you
Vte くれませんか。 = Will you do Vte
もらえませんか。-> little more polite / appreciative
Humbe Form (use when asking Sensei):
Vte くださいませんか。= Could you do Vte
いただけませんか。-> little more polite / appreciative
Shows that an action takes place despite of the speakers intention

How to decide if its る or う Verb
Wenn das ru in der masu Form wegfällt --> ru-Verb
z.B. taberu -> tabemasu
Wenn das ru in der masu Form zu ri wird --> u-Verb
z.B. noru -> norimasu
