What do you have to consider when there are multiple Scrum Teams working on one project?
- there is just one Product Owner
- all teams do have a Scrum Master (don't need to be exclusive for one team though)
- the productivity of the team is depending on the availability of the Scrum Master and Product Owner
- there can be a Community of Practice (CoP) established to determine standards of a field, eg one for testing and one for programming
- if the teams are growing or devided you have to keep in mind that the productivity dips for some time
Who does have the last word when the CEO and the Product Owner argue about the development of a product?
What is the goal of the Daily Scrum?
To determine what has to be done within the next 24h to reach the Sprint goal.

agree on goals and execution plan for the next Sprint
What are the results of the Sprint Planning?
- a well defined workload for the Development Team for the next Sprint
- a prediction how much work the Development Team will do in the next Sprint
- a motivating goal for the Sprint that helps the Development Team to focus
What is the goal of the Sprint Review?
Get feedback from the Scrum Team and the stakeholders to the current status of the product and use that feedback to decide what is going to be developed next.
What is not part of the Sprint Review?
In the Sprint Review there is no approval of the product and its also not about status.
What is the goal of the Sprint Retrospective?
It is a concious station to make improvements. The goal is to increase the productivity in the next Sprint with these improvements.
How many improvements should be elaborated in the Sprint Retrospective?
1-2 improvements
What is a Scrum of Scrums?
If more than one Scrum Team is working on a product, there can be a Scrum of Scrums established, that consists of one member of every Team, that is like the Daily Scrum in the single Team, but to synchronize the teams and to be able to make quick decisions within all teams.

- Product Backlog
- Sprint Backlog
- Increment
What does the Product Backlog contain?
The Product Backlog Items (PBIs).
What are the Product Backlog Items describing?
They describe the current ideas to add value to the product.
What does the Sprint Backlog represent?
It represents the work load for the current Sprint.
What is the Increment?
The current status of the product.
Is the Product Backlog ordered?
How is the Product Backlog ordered?
It is ordered by importance.
Has the Product Backlog to be finished before starting the first Sprint?
What does the Product Backlog contain?
It contains partial results or partial goals and is growing and changing constantly, because of the growth of knowledge of the Scrum Team.
Who is in charge of maintaining the Product Backlog?
What should Product Backlog Items contain?
They should contain Acceptance Criteria. These are different for every item and show the Development Team how to check, whether the development of that particular item is done.
When is the Sprint Backlog created?
During the Sprint Planning. New tasks may be added during the Sprint tough, but no Product Backlog Items may be added.

When does a Development Team member become the sole owner of a Sprint Backlog item?
Sprint Backlog and all of its items are collectively owned by the Development Team. No individual team member can claim ownership over an item as this would block communication and collaboration.
