Bible Verse

Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you.

Praise the LORD, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word.

so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.

Is not my word like fire," declares the LORD, "and like a hammer that breaks a rock in pieces?"

The Sovereign LORD has given me a well-instructed tongue, to know the word that sustains the weary. He wakens me morning by morning, wakens my ear to listen like one being instructed.

Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.

The words of the reckless pierce like swords, but the tongue of the wise brings healing.

The soothing (=beruhigend) tongue is a tree of life, but a perverse tongue crushes the spirit.

The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and the one who is wise saves lives

The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit

He sent out his word and healed them; jhe rescued them from the grave

who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases

who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion

who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's

"He himself bore our sins" in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; "by his wounds you have been healed!"

For if, by the trespass of the one man, death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive God's abundant provision of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ!

not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.

Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other just as in Christ God forgave you

I can do all this through him who gives me strength.

Set a guard over my mouth, LORD; keep watch over the door of my lips.

Leth the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful

so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God

Being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience

For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid (=schüchtern), but gives us power, love and self-discipline.

Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens.

May those who delight in my vindication (=Rechtferigung) shout for joy and gladness; may they always say "The Lord be exalted, who delights in the well-being of his servant.

But whose delight is in the law of the LORD and who meditates on his law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither - whatever they do prospers.

And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.

Honor the LORD with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine
