Simulated instrument flights
Shall not be flown unless:
- fully functional dual controls
- additional qualified pilot (safety pilot) with vision to each side of A/C, or a competent observer with communication to the safety pilot

- flight provided with air traffic control service
- IFR flight
- fligth into designated area defined by the competetn authority to facilitate the provision of: flight info / alerting and SAR
- coordination with military units
- flight across international borders
- operated at night, if leaving vicinity of aerodrome

Special VFR

- speed max 140kt IAS
ceiling is not less than 180m
VFR flights shall not be operated (height / speed)
- not above FL 195
- at transonic and supersonic speed
Distance from ground of VFR flight:
- congested: min. 300m AGL above highest obstacle within a 600m radius from A/C
- uncongested: min. 150m AGL above highes obstacle within a 150m radius from A/C
Flying on FL (which altitude)
operated above 900m AGL (3000ft) sall use FL - QNE (Expect otherwise instructed)
Minumum Levels (IFR)
over high terrain: min 600m / 2000ft above highest obstacle located in radius 8km around A/C
elsewhere: min 300m / 1000ft above highest obstacle located in radius 8km around A/C
