The vertebral column is a bony structure providing the main support within the axial skeleton. It is further divided into sections which will be discussed here.

The abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava are the main blood vessels responsible for supplying the abdomen and pelvis, through their branches and tributaries.

The Cerebellum is responsible for the co-ordination of movements. The Brainstem consists of medulla oblongata, pons, and midbrain.

The Cerebrum is the largest part of the brain and consists of the cerebral cortex which is responsible for motor, sensory and cognitive functions.

The diaphragm is a muscle residing within the trunk and separates the thoracic and abdominal cavities. Many structures pass through it, including blood vessels.

The ear is situated bilaterally on the Human head. It is the motherboard for somatic balance and hearing. It can be divided into the outer, middle and inner ear.
