Bible Verse

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable - if anything is excellent or praiseworthy - thinks about such things.

Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of me. Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.

The LORD your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing."

For this is what the LORD Almighty says: "After the Glorious One has sent me againstt the nations that have plundered you - for whoever touches you touches the apple of his eye.

You will be a crown of splendor in the LORD's hand, a royal diadem in the hand of your God.

No longer will they call you Deserted, or name your land Desolate. But you will be called Hephzibah (my delight is in her) and your land Beluha (married); for the LORD will take delight in you and your land will be married.

As a young man marries a young woman, so will your Builder marry you; as a bridegroom rejoices over his bride, so will your God rejoice over you.

Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word (spoken Word) about Christ.

though you were a powerful man, owning land - an honored man, living on it.

Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you.

Praise the LORD, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word.

so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.

Is not my word like fire," declares the LORD, "and like a hammer that breaks a rock in pieces?"

The Sovereign LORD has given me a well-instructed tongue, to know the word that sustains the weary. He wakens me morning by morning, wakens my ear to listen like one being instructed.

Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.

The words of the reckless pierce like swords, but the tongue of the wise brings healing.

The soothing (=beruhigend) tongue is a tree of life, but a perverse tongue crushes the spirit.

The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and the one who is wise saves lives

The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit

He sent out his word and healed them; jhe rescued them from the grave

who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases

who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion

who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's

"He himself bore our sins" in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; "by his wounds you have been healed!"
