You own the land and the building and you are responsible ofr both, you have no charges to pay but have to arrange insurance.

Leasehold

You don't own the land your property is build on; you own the right to live in the property for a LIMITED PERIOD OF TIME (99-999 years). You pay ground rent and service charges ; you are subject to certain restrictions on what you can and can't do with the property.

Licensee

Is someone who receives permissions to enter another person property temporarily.

A license is liked a lease but usualy for a shorter period of time, usualy less than 12 months. Furthermore, if there is no exclusive possession of the property (as in an hotel room) a license is created, not a lease.

Rental income 

Is the money you receive from let properties (the money paid by a tenant to a landlord).
