ETOPS = Für extended Twin Operating Engine => Muss eine RAT haben ==> Innerhalb von 2h zu einem Flpl/Alternate
Destination alternate
Meistens wegen dem Wetter or wenn nur 1 Rwy ==> Muss mind. 2 RWY mit unterschiedlichem Ladesystem haben, dass ich keinen Alternd brauche
Non-precision apprach and landing operations:
utilizes later guidance but does not utilize vertical guidance
Approach and landing operations with vertical guidance
utilizes lateral and vertical guidance but does not meet the requirements established for precision approach and landing operations ==> Papi and Vasis
Precesion approach:
using precision lateral and vertical guidance => Elektrischen GP ==> ILS
Sobal es einen GP hat, ist es
nicht mehr ein non-precision approach ==> Nur wenn elektrischen GP ist es ein precision approach

CAT I ?
decision height: not lower 60m (200ft) RVR: >= 550m or visibility >= 800m
CAT II ?
decision height: lover than 60 m (200ft) but not lower than 30m (100ft) RVR: >= 300 m
CAT III A
decision height: lover than 30 m (100ft) or no decision height RVR: >= 200 m
CAT III B
decision height: lover than 15 m (50ft) or no decision height RVR: >= less than 175 m but not less than 50m ==> SWISS 75 min
CAT III C
no decision height and no RVR
An operation with a DH in the range of CAT III A but with an RVR in teh range of CAT III B would be consideres a CAT xy operation?
AN operation with a DH in the range of CAT III A but with an RVR in teh range of CAT III B would be consideres a CAT III B operation ==> Most demanding category
MDA and MDH; What is that and what is the reference to?
MDA: Minimum Decent altitude (mean sea level z.B. 1814 ft) MDH: Minimum Descent Height ( from aerodrome elevation z.B. 400 ft)
