Flashcards
Was macht Tb in der Spectro
Lipid Peak with nothing else
Welche Arten der Creutzfeld-Jacob gibt es
Sporadic 85%,
Familiar,
Iatrogenic,
Variant (bovine spongiform encephalopathy, mad cow disease),
MRI Sensititviy 94% Spez 92%
Variant: Tonsilla pharyngea biospie,
younger people variant, older sporadic
Typisches Bild der Toxoplasmose
rim in rim (target sign)
Welche Bakterien befallen Hirnstamm
Listerien
Welche Keime Befallen perivaskuläre Räume
Cryptococcen
Was ist der typische Befallsort der PML
middle cerebellar peduncles (JC-virus)
Herpes
Aspergillus
Toxo
Tumoren der Hypophysenstiels
Rathke, Germinoma, Eosinophilic granulom, Met
Germinoma, Eosinophilic granuloma, Hamartoma
Was ist IRIS
Immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome (also known as "Immune recovery syndrome"[1]) is a condition seen in some cases of AIDS or immunosuppression, in which the immune system begins to recover, but then responds to a previously acquired opportunistic infection with an overwhelming inflammatory response that paradoxically makes the symptoms of infection worse. [2]after PML the drug is not more used -> reactive auf lymphocytes -> more enhancement (Steroids)
Kommt auch bei MS vor
Typen der MS
•Classical: charcot type
•Marburg: acute, fulminant
•Schilders: few lesions, very lager
•Tumofactiv
•Balo (south east asia, brasil) -> ring ind ring
•Devic (Neuromylitis optica) -> Aquaporin Defekt NMO igG
Wichtige Landmarks des Larynx
Ventrikel
Cricoid,
Cricoarytonoidjoint CAJ
Was darf nie infiltriert sein am Larynx
•Paraglottisches Fettgewebe
Larynxaufbau -> Gewebe
Fat (supraglottic) –
Muskel (glottic)
nothing (subglottig)
Larynx -> praglottischer Weg?
fluid filled laryncocele
Laynx: An was denkt man : grosser ventricel, schmaler cordmuskel?
Paralyse
The Zabramski classification of cavernous malformations
Type 1 lesions, with their subacute hemorrhage that is hyperintense on T1WI and hyper or isointense on T2WI.
Type 2 lesions demonstrated mixed signal intensity on T1WI and T2WI, which reveals degrading hemorrhage of various ages.
Type 3 is associated with chronic hemorrhage, which is hypo to isointense on T1WI and T2WI.
Type 4 cavernous malformations demonstrate punctuate microhemorrhage, which are visualized as a "black dots" appearance on GRE.
