Planning:

• detailed specifications, schematics, schedules are developed
• work packages ( individual pieces are broken down) and individial assignments are made
• weitere prozesse werden beschrieben ( z.b reasearch, drafts, editing)

Execution: ( Hier Working hour am meisten)

• the "work" is performed
• project costs ramp up rapidly during this stage

Termination:

• when the completed project ost transferred to the customer
• formally closed out
