1˚ - flat lesion that differs from the surrounding skin only by color < 5mm

1˚ - flat lesion that differs from surrounding skin only by color > 5 mm

1˚ - solid, elevated lesion < 5 mm

1˚ - elevated, flat-topped lesion > 5mm
Wheal
